Welcome to CreatersOS. By accessing or using our website, billing tools, and campaign management platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on CreatersOS, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use or access our services.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
  • Promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to your account.

3. Description of Service & Billing Rules

CreatersOS provides dashboard tools to draft invoices, track brand collaborations, compute Indian GST liabilities, and automate reminder emails to clients.

You are entirely responsible for the content of the invoices you generate. CreatersOS is a software tool and does not act as your tax consultant, legal advisor, or billing agent. You should consult a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to review your final GST filings and tax returns.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations

  • Subscription Fees: Professional features are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Razorpay.
  • Trial Periods: We may offer trial plans. Once the trial ends, your subscription will roll into the paid tier unless cancelled beforehand.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your Pro features until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CreatersOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the service.
  • Any incorrect tax calculations, client billing conflicts, or storage outages.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or stored personal data.

6. Governing Law

These terms and your use of the website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in courts located in India.
