- Generate professional PDF and GST-compliant invoices.
- Calculate correct SGST, CGST, and IGST totals based on state jurisdictions.
- Send manual or automated payment reminders to your clients on your behalf.
- Generate reports for your accounting and Tax filing exports.
- Manage subscriptions, handle processing fees, and verify payments.
3. Data Storage and Security
We prioritize the security of your financial and personal data:
- All application data is hosted securely using cloud databases (Supabase) with Row-Level Security (RLS) policies.
- Sensitive fields, session authentication tokens, and keys are protected using encryption protocols.
- Generated PDF invoices are saved in private storage buckets with time-limited signed links.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We partner with reliable third-party platforms to power critical app functions. These services maintain their own privacy standards:
- Razorpay: Handles subscription processing, trial periods, and payment flow validations. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Resend: Dispatches platform emails, verification tokens, and client payment reminders.
5. Your Data Control
You maintain full ownership of your data. At any time, you can edit your profile details directly from the dashboard settings. If you wish to delete your account and prune all related client, deal, and invoice entries from our active databases, you can contact us at support@creatersos.in.
